Site re-organization

I’ve moved things around a bit:

- I’ve given up on the ‘beta’ title for the blog and have re-created the blog and imported old entries in a new location (/blog instead of /beta). http://blog.aoeu.ca now is exactly that.

- Added some forums: http://forums.aoeu.ca is also exactly that. I’ll be fleshing this out soon.

- Removed some old files/directories and moved the rest into /pub.
